TIME FRAMES  FOLLOWING REFERRAL

(in accordance with our commissioning contract)

We will:

Acknowledge the referral has been received within 1 working day

Contact your patient within 10 working days

Complete the assessment within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the referral

Share the assessment report within 4 weeks of completion of the assessment

Commence medication titration within 8 weeks of completion of assessment under the circumstances that the patient is diagnosed, medication is indicated, and the patient is consenting

Conclude titration within three rounds of the final chosen medication

Engage in shared care with the GP to ensure continuation of treatment

Address concerns and queries from GPs who are under shared care

Offer annual reviews of patients who are under shared care
